Villa Kapnisi is located on the tip of the Vassilikos peninsula on the southeast coast of Zakynthos and is set amongst beautiful olive groves and scenic countryside and is a magnificent rural retreat.
The picturesque sandy beach of Porto Roma and a small selection of tavernas and shops are located 500m away and a fifteen minute stroll through the surrounding olive groves takes you to the magnificently unspoilt, sandy beach of Gerakas, a protected nesting ground of the sea turtle Caretta - Caretta.
The villa consists of six studios on the ground floor suitable for 2-3 persons and two apartments on the first floor suitable for 4 persons.
All have fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, TV and balcony or verandas.
