In the attic you will find a 40 m² bedroom and one more sitting room. One more room is also in the attic with its own bathroom in the colours of earth. A wooden door leads at the upstairs verandah, which has view to the sea.
The furnitures are handmade and the building is made ony by wood and stone.
The famous stone "gerakopetra" is that gives the style of an old traditional stone house. Picked up one by one these stones are what makes Gerkaopetra Villa unique on the island of Zakynthos.
